As the Operations Manager Scott’s focus is simple: making it easier for people to get the support they need, and making sure practitioners have what they need to do their best work. With more than three decades of leadership experience across health, allied health, aged care and community services, Scott has a genuine passion for building positive workplaces and improving the experience of clients and corporate customers. He manages our government contract and oversees our day to day operations, known for his down-to-earth style and people-first approach, he brings clarity, calm and consistency to complex environments. Scott is driven by the belief that good systems and good culture make a real difference – not just to how a business runs, but to the wellbeing of the people it serves.
