The course takes an interactive and reflective approach to learning, encouraging participants to actively engage with the content and apply insights to their own leadership context. Across the series, leaders explore how change is experienced by individuals and teams, how leadership behaviours influence culture and performance, and how to lead in a way that delivers meaningful and lasting outcomes.
