Natasha Martin - Organisational Psychologist

Natasha is a registered Organisational Psychologist with extensive experience working with individuals and organisations across Australia and internationally. She has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries, including both public and private sectors, from large corporates to not-for-profits.

With extensive experience in senior leadership and consulting roles, Natasha has a strong track record of delivering tailored, evidence-based solutions that support sustainable growth and positive workplace outcomes.

Guided by the belief that everyone deserves meaning unfulfillment in their professional lives, Natasha is passionate about supporting individuals in their career journeys and helping organisations develop healthy workplaces that foster growth. She prefers to adopt a collaborative and personalised approach with her clients, working with them to develop fit-for-purpose solutions that are both effective and sustainable.

Natasha’s key areas of expertise include talent assessment and selection, coaching and development, organisational culture, employee engagement, psychological safety, and workplace wellbeing. Alongside this, her deep understanding of human behaviour and workplace dynamics allows her to support organisations across a wide range of needs. She genuinely enjoys the variety this brings, along with the opportunity to explore and solve new and diverse challenges.

Alongside her consulting work, she has taught at the University of Western Australia and continues to mentor and supervise emerging professionals, helping to shape the next generation of leaders in her field.
