CHLOE THORNTON-HICK - Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working across public, private and not-for-profit settings; Chloe enjoys working with adolescents, young adults and adults.

Chloe draws upon various evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused, Existential and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. She is experienced in treating emotional dysregulation issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, stress, relationship issues and adjusting to significant life changes.

Chloe is also a qualified and experienced trauma-informed yoga teacher. A compassionate and insightful therapist, Chloe’s primary aim is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring and discussing what may be very painful and private experiences, emotional concerns and current life challenges.

Chloe is passionate about helping you develop insight and the psychological and behavioural skills you need to become aware of unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns, empowering you to make and maintain positive, long-term change successfully. Taking a collaborative and holistic approach, Chloe will work with you to identify critical issues and specific focus areas and develop workable, mutually agreed-upon treatment goals.
