Aditi Nair - Organisational Psychologist Registrar

Aditi is a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She is curious about how people learn and experience their work, bringing this interest into her practice each day.

At MPS, Aditi works in the learning and development space while also completing her Organisational Psychology registrar program, an endorsement pathway that supports her continued development in the field. She partners with individuals and organisations to build capability, confidence and practical skills over time, with a focus on creating workplaces where people feel supported and are able to do their best work.

Her approach is grounded in evidence based research and shaped by empathy and ongoing learning. She also believes that small and thoughtful changes can make a real difference for both people and organisations alike.
